Tegha is an entrepreneur, technology innovator and executive leader specialising in AI-enabled systems, education, social mobility and institutional development. Founder of AfMental CIC and architect of the AI-powered Executive Office of Tegha Kum, he combines experience in international programme development, digital transformation and responsible AI to design scalable solutions that widen access to knowledge, opportunity and organisational capability.
Together, Lionel and Tegha are building Equiva to use artificial intelligence and innovative learning technology to make education, skills and economic opportunity more accessible, personalised and inclusive.
