How it works

Four parts that work together

Each part can be switched on for your organisation as a module.
  1. 1. Voice-first learning

Lessons can be read aloud. Learners answer by speaking, typing or tapping, and can talk a topic through with Eva, the voice tutor. Reading styles and text size can be changed.

Every task also works without voice.

  2. 2. Possible-need review

Equiva looks for possible signs that someone may need extra support, only after enough activity. English as an additional language is never treated as a sign on its own.

It never diagnoses. Every suggestion is reviewed by trained staff, who can agree, set it aside, or refer. Learners and employers never see diagnostic labels.

  3. 3. Learner-owned adjustments profile

Learners write, in their own words, what helps them work well, what makes work harder and how they like to receive instructions.

Nothing is shared without their consent, person by person. They can stop sharing at any time, and download a plain-language summary to use with an employer.

  4. 4. Coaching and employer tools

Employment coaches manage a caseload: goals and next steps, applications, interview preparation, session notes and agreed adjustments.

Outcomes are tracked from job start through check-ins at 4, 8 and 13 weeks. Invited employers see only the summaries a learner chooses to share.
